Frequently Asked Questions:
Can parents stay and watch? Parents do not need to stay during the program, we have enough staff to assist the riders. As we are still limited to the number of people we can have in buildings due to Covid-19 protocols, parents are not able to enter the barns or indoor arenas. If you wish to stay, you can remain outdoors or go for a walk.
Should we send a snack? If you think your child will get hungry during this time slot, you can send them a snack that they can eat while they are doing their horsemanship lesson. Please do not send extras - there is no sharing of food permitted.
Can my child do more than one session? Absolutely (if space permits)! As all our lessons are progressive and we have TONS of fun horsemanship topics to cover, your child will continue to have a great time if attending more than one session.
My child had a great time, what's next? If your child LOVES riding (and we're sure they will!) you can register for another session or continue with regular lessons during July & August. Registration for our fall lesson program opens on August 1st.
What is the cancellation policy? If you provide at least two-weeks notice, we will refund your session fee (less a $50 admin fee). Less than two-weeks notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Within 48 hours of the start of your session, there is no refund.
