- 10' by 10' box stalls with Soft Stall mats
- Daily turnout in small groups or 1/2 day individual turnout with water available year-round
- Blanketing & booting included
- Individualized feed program
- Individual tack lockers & storage for tack trunks
- 2 Indoor Arenas: 60' x 120' steel arena & 72' x 170' Coverall arena all with dust free fiber footing
- Heated viewing lounge, washroom & tack rooms
- Two outdoor rings 20m x 60m dressage ring and large stadium ring with fibre footing
- Grass cross country field with bank, water jump, ditches and cross country schooling fences (Starter - Preliminary)
- Three outdoor wash stalls
- Miles of off-road hacking
- Quality training and instruction available
- Boarders receive $10 off the regular lesson price when riding their own horse in lessons

Pricing
Regular Board - $885.00 + HST/month = $1000.00
Training Board - $885.00 + HST/month = $1000.00
Additional Services
- All stalls have SoftStall comfort mattresses and are mucked and bedding daily.
- 2 grain feedings daily, feeding premium Masterfeed products. Additional feeding added if needed at no additional cost.
- Night check daily.
- We will happily feed any supplements you provide in your horse's afternoon feed.
- Daily turn-out (full day in group or 1/2 day individual turn-out). All paddocks have unlimited hay and drinking post waterers in all paddocks for year-round access to clean, fresh water.
- Organization of vet and blacksmith visits (if you use barn vet Dr. Allan Macleod and farrier Joe Lemmermeyer).
- Access to all barn amenities.
- Booting and blanketing included.
- Boarders receive $10 off per lesson when riding their own horse their lessons!
- Please note - all boarders must take at least one lesson per week. Board is $1200.00/month (incl HST) for boarders that do not take any services.
Training Board - $885.00 + HST/month = $1000.00
- Includes 4 or 5 training sessions per week with head trainers Lindsay Mahon or Nikki Maclellan. Can either be training rides or lessons.
- Individualized training program developed to help you meet your goals!
Additional Services
- First Aid: Any medications that can be added to afternoon feed are complementary. Additional medications (such as twice daily, oral pastes or IM/Sub-q needles), hand walking, wrapping, cold hosing, etc. will be an additional fee
- Deworming: All boarders must participate in our regular deworming program, 4x annually
