 ATTENTION - Please read before booking

  • Welcome to Raynham Stables!  We are excited to have you ride with us this summer!
  • The times listed in the scheduler are for the mounted portion of the lesson.  Students must arrive 30 min before their scheduled time to groom and tack up, and stay 30 min after their lesson time to untack and cool out their horse.  This time is supervised by staff as well.
  • All students must complete the online waiver prior to their first class. 
  • Riders must wear long pants, closed toe shoes with a 1/2" - 1 1/2" heel, and a ASTM approved helmet.  We do have helmets available to borrow for your first three lessons, after which you must purchase your own. 
  • New riders (cannot post trot independently) MUST take private lessons. If you sign up for a group lesson, your appointment will be cancelled.
  • If you are an advanced rider, and are interested in riding with Lindsay or Nikki, please send us an email.

  • We are closed on Sundays in July & August.
  • Registration for regular, weekly classes for Sept 2024 to June 2025 will open August 1st. 
  • ​There are NO refunds or make-up lessons for pay-as-you-go classes.  ​
Rider Level Descriptions
New Rider:  
Cannot post trot independently.  Must take private lessons.

Beginner: 
Walk, trot, 2 point, trot poles.  

Advanced Beginner:  
Walk, trot, individual canter, cross rails, basic school figures 

Novice: 
Walk, trot, canter, sitting trot without stirrups, courses up to 2'4" ​

Intermediate: 
Canter without stirrups, basic dressage tests, courses up to 2’8”

Advanced:  
Dressage - consistently on the bit,  lateral work. Courses up to 3’, Show riders.

New riders (cannot post trot independently) MUST take private lessons. If you have not ridden with us previously, we strongly recommend booking a private lesson FIRST so the instructor can assess your riding level and let you know what level to book. You can also refer to the level descriptions, above. If you are unsure what level to book, please send us an email.

​HOW TO BOOK:

1. Select your appointment type from the drop down menu:
  • Group Lessons: Check the group class schedule and level descriptions to choose a class that is appropriate for your level.  To book, select the correct calendar for the coach and then "Group Lesson" from the drop-down menu
  • Private Lessons:  Choose which instructor you wish to book with.  Then, simply select the date and time that is convenient for you. If you are looking to book a semi-private lesson, please book two back-to-back private lessons and include a note in the comments section that you would like to ride together.  i.e. book 4:00 & 4:30 pm and ride together from 4 - 5 pm.

2. If you are looking to register for the same lesson on a recurring basis, select "Recurring appointment", or if you would like to book an additional lesson on a different day/time, follow the instructions in the scheduler.

4.  When you have finished selecting your lessons, fill out the Rider Information and click "Continue to proceed to payment options"
