Make-up Lesson Scheduler
*PLEASE NOTE - the scheduler is ONLY for students currently enrolled in classes
Missed Lesson Policy
We have streamlined our make-up lesson policy. Students may have TWO make-up lessons per session, as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email. We will reply to your email with a code to book a make-up lesson using our online scheduler. With less than 24 hours’ notice, unfortunately, no make-up lessons can be provided. The only exception to the two make-up limit is a pre-planned event (i.e. vacation, family event, etc.) - you may reschedule if you provide at least TWO-WEEKS advance notice.

- If you cancel a private lesson, you may not be able to find an opening for a private lesson make-up and may have to do a group lesson instead.
- Make-up lessons are only available to students currently enrolled in lessons and must be made up prior to the end of the session.
- Make-up lessons are non-transferable and cannot be deducted from the next session fees.
- Spaces for make-up lessons are extremely limited. Raynham Stables does not guarantee you will be able to find a make-up lesson time.
Scheduler Notes
- Please note the times in the scheduler are for the start of the lesson. Students need to arrive 30 min early to groom their horse and get tacked up.
- Weekday lessons before 4:00 PM do not have tack up help. Do not book a class during this time unless you are able to catch and tack up your horse without assistance (novice level or higher, age 12+)..
- To book a make-up lesson, please enter the booking code given to you when you notified the office of your absence so that the scheduler knows the class is paid for. If do not have a code, please send us an email. NOTE - if you have multiple booking codes, please book each make-up lesson separately. Do NOT enter a credit card when scheduling a make-up lesson, it means the booking code has not been entered correctly.
- If you are booking a group class: Please refer to the list of class times, below, to ensure you choose the correct level and instructor for the class.
- CAN'T FIND A TIME THAT WORKS FOR YOU? PLEASE KEEP CHECKING BACK, WE GET CANCELLATIONS DAILY! YOU CAN ALSO EMAIL THE OFFICE FOR ASSISTANCE.
- If you have any issues, please feel free to email the office for assistance!
