2020/2021 Lesson Registration Form - DUE FRI. AUG 28th

Our lesson program runs September - June, classes in July & August are booked separately using the online scheduler.  Once you are scheduled for a lesson time, your time slot is reserved for you throughout the school year (September - June), unless you notify the office in writing/via email that you need to make a change to your lesson time.  If we need to change your lesson time, we will notify you prior to the start of the following session. If you wish to discontinue lessons, we ask that you provide at least three weeks notice prior to the end of the session so that we can make any necessary adjustments to the schedule.

  • Fall Session:  Tuesday, September 8th - Sunday, December 20th
  • Winter Session*:  Saturday, January 2nd - Friday, March 12th
  • Spring Session:  Saturday, March 20th - Sunday, June 27th
  • Summer Session: Monday, July 5th - Sunday, August 28th (Booked separately through our online scheduler)
*The winter session is 10 weeks but riders are only billed for 9 weeks in case of an inclement weather cancellation.  If we have to cancel a second time during the session, we'll deduct it off the spring session so there's not reason to stop riding over the winter!

All students should familiarize themselves with our Riding School Policies and fill out our new Online Waiver and Contact Form.

This form is used to gather all of our rider's AVAILABILITY, and then using that information, we create a schedule that works for our riders, horses and coaches.  Selecting a time on this form does NOT guarantee you that time, the schedule will be posted on the blog by Wednesday, September 2nd.   The fall session begins Tuesday, September 8th. Please note - priority for spaces will go to current students and to those planning to ride year-round.

We will NOT send out individual emails or phone calls, check the blog or register for our email blasts to find out your lesson time.

    Rider Availability
YOU ARE PROVIDING AVAILABILITY, NOT PICKING A LESSON TIME.  We create the schedule based on rider availability, which relies on riders providing as many options as possible in order to create a schedule that works for the riders, horses and instructors.  The more availability you provide, the more likely we will be able to fit you in to the schedule.

    * If you select "Daytime", please list which times you are available in the comment box below, ie. Tuesday @ 10, 11, 12, or 1pm.

Please check this box to confirm that you have provided at least FIVE options for lesson times.  If you have not, your form will be discarded.
