2024/2025 Lesson Availability Form - DUE FRI. AUG 16th
Our lesson program runs year-round. Once you are scheduled for a lesson time, your time slot is reserved for you throughout the school year (September - June), July & August lessons are run on an alternate schedule as we are closed one weekend day during the summer months. If you need to make a change to your riding time or wish to discontinue lessons, we require at least three weeks notice via email prior to the end of the session.
2024/2025 Session Dates:
Fall Session: Tuesday, September 3rd - Sunday, December 22nd
Closed: Sun. Oct 13 for Thanksgiving and Sat. Oct 26th for Halloween Schooling Show
Winter Session*: Saturday, January 4th - Friday, March 7th
No planned closures
Spring Session: Saturday, March 15th - Sunday, June 22nd
Closed: Sun, April 20 for Easter and Sat. April 26th for Spring Schooling Show
Summer Session: Monday, June 30th - Monday, August 25th
Closed Mon. Aug 4th for long weekend
*During the winter session, we will cancel classes during inclement weather so no one is driving in unsafe conditions. We will deduct any inclement winter cancelled during the winter session off your the spring session invoice.
Please note, riding is a year-round sport for both progression and safety. We cannot hold lesson times for students that stop lessons in the fall and wish to start up again in the spring. Priority for lessons times will go to those planning to ride year-round.
This form is used to gather all of our rider's AVAILABILITY, and then using that information, we create a schedule that works for our riders, horses and coaches. Selecting a time on this form does NOT guarantee you that time. As always, please provide AS MANY OPTIONS as possible. If you are willing to take the time, check it off! If you have preferred times, let us know in the comments section, and we will do our absolute best. Making the schedule work for all of our riders, horses, and instructors is incredibly difficult and flexibility for times is the only thing that makes it a bit easier!
The availability form is due by Friday, August 16th, and we plan to have the tentative schedule posted by Sunday, August 25th. We are going to try using AI to help create the schedule this fall, so please be sure to fill out the correct form (as the boarder/part boarder form takes into consideration which horse you ride as well for scheduling). Please note - priority for spaces will go to current students and to those planning to ride year-round.
