Happy New Year!

We just wanted to thank everyone for a terrific year last year.  Although there were many challenges, there were many successes as well!  Last summer we had 26 riders from Raynham Stables competing.  We are so proud of the many  successes of our show team! Each year summer camp gets bigger and better and last summer was the best yet! We have big plans for 2009, as we are always working hard to keep Raynham Stables the best place ride!

New Year Reminders:

- The spring session starts in February.  Register now!

- March Break Camp and Summer Camp themes are dates are now posted.  Last year all but one session was filled by the beginning of May.  Register early to ensure that you get a spot!

- Feb 16th is Family Day and we will be running a one day camp, sign up in the barn!  Non riding friends are welcome as well!

- Show students, book your one on one meeting now!  All meetings must be completed by Jan 23rd.

As we are always working hard to improve our facility, we have more plans for this year!  If you are able to help us with materials, donations or your time it would be greatly appreciated!

Plans for 2009

- Complete the tack room in the NEW tack-up area

- Build two more stalls in the drive shed (It is now the School Horse Barn!)

- Last year we changed the footing in the grass stadium ring to sand.  This year we are going to build a drainage ditch at the lowest point to improve drainage.

- Finish leveling the field across from the big pond and seed so that we have a grass stadium ring as well!

- Replace fencing in the front two paddocks

- Purchase a second run-in shelter for the outdoor horses

- Build link building between the new arena and the big barn

We'll keep everyone updated with the progress.  We hope to have the tack room completed by the end of January and the stalls up by February.  The outdoor building projects and fencing will have to wait until the ground thaws!
